He is survived by: his mother Helen Hensley (Mary) of Porum, OK; his sister Cheryl (Sis); his brother-in-law John Nelson of Sandwich, IL; his niece Lindsey Wendt (Tyler) of Yorkville, IL; his great-niece Gracelyn Wendt; his great-nephew Oliver Wendt of Yorkville, IL; and his daughter Courtney Hensley of Ft. Myers, FL.. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins.
