She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles S. McCaslin and Eva McCaslin (Saunders); and her husband DeForrest "Buzz" Covert. She is survived by: her children, Susan C. Wright (Ronald) of Ottawa, IL, Gary L. Covert (Kathy) of Sandwich, IL and David F. Covert (Melonie) of Millbrook, IL; and her siblings, Vicky Latham, Kenneth and Keith McCaslin. She is also survived by ten grandchildren, seventeen great-grandchildren; five great-great grandchildren.
