She is survived by: her children, Dean Modaff (Jennifer) of Galesburg, IL, Mark Sedlacek of Lincoln, IL, Mickey McGalliard (Deanna) of Fairmont, NE, Daniel Modaff of Shabbona, IL, Darryl Sedlacek (Denise) of York, NE and Denise Sedlacek of Naperville, IL; and her siblings, Mary Lou Paladeau, Sheila Henschel and Gerald Modaff. She is also survived by several grandchildren, great grandchildren, and nieces and nephews.
