He was predeceased by: his parents, William Legner and Mavis Legner (Carr); and the mother of his child Robin Stacks. He is survived by: his daughter Wendy Ohlson (Troy) of Somonauk, IL; his grandchildren, Austin, Clayton, Dylan and Baylee; his siblings, Linda Shumway (Gene) and Lindsay Legner (Kathleen); and his nieces and nephews, Regina Mello (J. D.), Kimbria Ralls (Jeff), Tage Shumway (Lisa Ness) and Bret Shumway (Jamie).
