Ballard (Alicia) of Sandwich; his brothers, Jeffry Ballard (Sylvia) of Peru, David Ballard (Linda) of Peru, Terry Ballard (Tina) of Ottawa and Kevin Ballard (Shery) of Peru; his sister-in-law Carol Halsey of Cortland; and his friend Tammy Verdeyen of Somonauk.
