He is survived by: his wife Delores Evans; his children, Kelly Davis (David) of Arkansas and Steve Perkins (Malissa) of Leland, IL; his stepchildren, Jennifer Johnson (Damon) of Yorkville, IL and Steve Phillips (Stefanie) of Wisconsin; and his sisters, Sandra Kelly (Mike) of Alabama and Patsy Hall of Alabama. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
