It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joan Kane (Sandwich, Illinois), who passed away on May 6, 2023, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her spouse Donna Kane; and her parents, John Spang and Hilda Spang (Stull). She is survived by: her daughters, Candy Whitfield (Robert), Sandy Kane (Gus Leigh), Cheri Kuntz (Andy) and Sue Smith (Scott); and her brothers, Gerald Spang (Donna) and Thomas Spang (Joan).
In lieu of flowers, the Kane family wishes are that they would just appreciate you becoming actively involved in the upkeep of our small communities.
