It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Jerry E. Stegmann (Sandwich, Illinois), who passed away on December 18, 2022, at the age of 65, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene Stegmann and Mary Jane Stegmann; his grandparents, Carl, Catherine Stegmann, Theodore and Olive Lucille Landgraf; and his close friend Ronnie.
He is survived by: his uncle Lars (Triple S.); his wife Selaine; his daughter Selynda Kern (Ryder); his grandchildren, Madison, Connor and Liam; his daughters, Shauna Barding (Chad) and Sandy Henert (Cole); and his grandchildren, Cooper and Sawyer. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, grand nieces and nephews on both sides of his family.
In Lieu of flowers, the family has requested that donations be made in Jerry's name to the DeKalb chapter of "Big Brothers, Big Sisters", now known as "Home-Family Service Agency of DeKalb County. fsadekalbcounty.org.
