He is survived by: his wife Marlene Cook (McCollum); his children, Timothy Cook (Cinthia) and Kristin Calvert (Bob); his grandchildren, Beverly Schrader (Todd), Matthew Cook (Sarah), Andrew Cook (Patricia), Allison Wayman (Ryan), Justin Stofferahn (Marissa), Ryan Stofferahn (Shauna), Eric Bedford (Danielle) and Katelyn Sosolik (Matt); his great grandchildren, Landon, Logan, Lane Schrader, Garett, Griffin, Grant Cook, Neil, Myles Cook, Adalyn Wayman, Freddy, Verity Stofferahn, Braylee, Lakelynn, McKenna Bedford and Waylen Sosolik; and his sister Sandra McCarthy (Michael). He is also survived by many cousins and nieces.
