He is survived by: his children, Franklin Joseph Kurtz (Collette) of Somonauk, IL, Theresa Wynne Low (Rich) of Waterman, IL and David Lee Kurtz (Kim) of Sandwich, IL; and his brother Robert Kurtz (Linda). He is also survived by 6 grandchildren and one great grandchild.
