With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Doris B. Abbott Hays (Sandwich, Illinois), who passed away on March 19, 2019 at the age of 97. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Lawrence Abbott and Lilah Busick Abbott; her siblings, Larry and Glenna; her son David; and her son-in-law Herb Dahlman.
She is survived by: her children, Brenda Dahlman and Barbara Purdue (Larry); her grandchildren, Steve Thompson (Irene), Alan Thompson (Erica), Stacey Gammicchia, Jennifer Bailey (Sky) and Chris Weakley; and her great grandchildren, Morgan, Madison, Adam, Valerie, Payton, Evan, Ryan, Camden, Mackenzie, Griffin and Revan.
