He is survived by: his wife Starr Ann Broughton of Sandwich, IL; his children, Lauri Gerber (Jeffrey Knavel) of Austin, TX, Christopher Frederick (Karen) of Somonauk, IL and Matthew Frederick (Kellie Smith) of Oswego, IL; his grandchildren, Alex Gerber (Michelle) of Madison, WI, Morgan Gerber (Jeremy LaCaze) of Austin, TX, Cody Gerber of Austin, TX, Liah Jutila (Cole) of Raymond, MA and Sydni Frederick (Jacob Contreras) of Richmond, KY; his great grandchild Hudson; his sister Donna Sue Applegate (Ted) of Springfield, IL; and his sisters-in-law, Frances Frederick of Venice, FL, Dawn Broughton (Danny Hood) of Chatham, IL, Lisa Helton (Norman) of Chesterfield, MO and Robin Green (Keith) of West Union, SC. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
