We are sad to announce that on August 15, 2019, at the age of 56, David E. Kubkowski (Sandwich, Illinois), born in Chicago, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by: his daughter Heather Torres (John); his grandchildren, Nathan, Alaina and Margaret Torres; and his brothers, Donald Kubkowski (Cindy) and Daniel Kubkowski (Rose). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
