He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas A. Hayes and Mary Emma Hayes (Huss). He is survived by: his partner Dorina Fitzpatrick; his daughters, Jessica Hayes (Brian Yates) and Nikki Hayes; his grandchild Sylas Saxton; his siblings, Daryl Hayes (Betty), Fredrick Hayes (Nancy) and Denise Krafft (Stephen); his pet Noodles Winchester; and the mother of his children Diana Hayes. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be donated to family or to the Newark Sportsman's Club.
