He is survived by: his daughter Beanie Butt; his wife Tabitha; his daughters, Ella and Alle; his parents, David Calvert and Barbara Calvert; his siblings, Sean Calvert and Dorielle Herbsleb; his grandparents, Jim Sloan, Ruth Sloan and Patricia Calvert (Schenk); his niece Kelsey Calvert; and his nephew Hunter Calvert.
