She is survived by: her daughter Cindy; her son-in-law Dan Carr; her grandsons, Kevin Carr (Amanda) and Kyle Carr; her great grandchildren, Jocelyn of Sandwich, IL., Kody of Sandwich, IL. and Alayna Carr of Sandwich, IL.; her sister Dianne Johnson (Brad) of Prescott Valley, Arizona.; her son Scott Wallace; and her grandson Korey Carr.
