He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanley Frank Karnoscak and Janette Irene Karnoscak (Schehl); his brother Christopher Michael Karnoscak; his grandparents, Julius Harold Schehl and Maureen Theresa Karnoscak (Quinn); his cousin Walter Badon; his aunt Maureen Therese Riley; and his uncles, Bob Nast and William Frank Karnoscak.
He is survived by: his daughter Brie; his wife Michelle Aguinaldo Karnoscak; his daughter Brichelle Annette Karnoscak; his siblings, David Karnoscak (Rachel) and Kimberly Kocher (Eric); his mother-in-law Angustia Aguinaldo; and his sisters-in-law, Amy Aguinaldo (Manny) and Jacqueline Reyes (Conrad). He is also survived by 25 nieces and nephews.
