Stack; her daughter Raven Szalkowski (Adam); her grandson Timothy Wortman; her stepgranddaughter Mila Szalkowski; her stepchildren, Joseph Stack and Erin Gainer (Eric); her stepgrandchildren, Faith, Noah, Grace and Josiah Gainer; her stepson Jesse Stack; and her pet Lily. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family.
