She is survived by: her children, Samantha Burton of Aurora, IL, Dana Wofford Sr. (Brian) of Sandwich, IL and Jerry Burton Jr. of Plano, IL; her grandchildren, Desiree, Justice, Jackie, Brian, Dominik and Gage; her great grandchild Jon; her sister Jeannie Thomas; and also Jerry Burton Sr..
