She was predeceased by: her parents, Lyman Conrad and Beulah Conrad (Snowden); her former spouse Dale Tovrea; her children, Rick Tovrea of Newark, IL, Kerry Tovrea (Linda) of Sandwich, IL, Terry Tovrea (Judy) of Sandwich, IL and Mike Tovrea of Rutland, IL; her husband John Lowe; and her siblings, Judy Williams, Lewis Conrad and Steve Conrad.
She is survived by: her sister Linda Fairburn (Ray) of Canton, IL. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren and 5 great-great grandchildren.
