He was predeceased by: his parents, Bill Williams and Irma Williams (Owens). He is survived by: his children, O'Letha Billberry (Ray) of Sandoval and Casey Williams (Tara) of Sandoval; his grandchildren, Brittany, Mercedes, Jazima, Tobias, LaRon, Dustin, Mariah, Gabriella, Jayden, Brandi, Jourdan, Chance, K'Lee, Waylon, KyLynn, JaceLynn and Embre Lynn; his great grandchildren, Hayden, Carson, Rhyver, Adilee, Wyatt, Weston, Bensyn, Eli, Karson and Bantlee; and his wife Betty Williams. He is also survived by three sisters; and three brothers.
