She was predeceased by: her parents, Earnest Brown and Cora Alice Brown (Watson); her husband John W. Sligar; her daughters, Kathy Sligar and Rebecca Eagen; and her siblings, Les Brown, Earnest Brown, Jack Brown, Dick Brown, Bill Brown, Herbert Brown, Rosalee Bundy, Marie Lumpkins and Polly Burkett.
She is survived by: her son Larry Sligar, Sr. of Central City; and her grandchildren, Tracy Maas (Justin) of Central City, Talisa Ashby, Jeremy Cook of Olney, Larry Sligar, Jr., Joyceann Lesperance of Centralia, Lexi Sligar of Centralia, Laci Sligar of Centralia, Drew Sligar of Centralia, Kelsey Sligar of Centralia, Morgan Maas, Taylor Maas, Tyler Maas, Amber Ashby and Rance Castellari. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
