He was predeceased by: his parents, Burl Albert and Helen Frances Quick (Payne); his stepmother Nevelyn Quick; his nephew Douglas Wells; his brother-in-law Charles Wright; and his pet Winston.
He is survived by: his wife Anita Rae Stephens; his daughters, Karon Leigh Quick (Josh Rendleman) and Darcy Anne Quick (Tim Quick); his sisters, Carol Wright and Doris Wells; his nephew Kenneth Wright (Robin); his nieces, Kara Wright and Dera Leadbetter (Ray Leadbetter); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Nathan Leadbetter (Christina), Ryan Leadbetter (Cara), Ethan Wright, Parker Wright, Elsa Wright and Leanna Wright; and also, Vivienne Leadbetter, Katherine Leadbetter, Emma Leadbetter and Abigail Leadbetter.
Memorials may be made in Gary's honor to the American Cancer Society, or the Boulder United Methodist Church and will be accepted for the family at the Day Macz Funeral Home in Sandoval.
