She was predeceased by: her parents, Glenn Spicer and Lillian Carter Spicer; her husband Emil Williams; her brother Kenneth Spicer; and her son Mark Williams.

She is survived by: her daughters, Marla Williams of Nashville and Jill Williams Frazier (Don) of Wimberley, Texas; her grandchildren, Safari Williams of Nashville, Chelsea Frazier Snyder (Patrick) of San Antonio, Alaric Frazier of Napa and Austin Frazier of Dubai; and her sisters, Charlene Spicer Woods of Odin and Brenda Spicer Altadonna of Centralia, Illinois..
