She was predeceased by: her parents, Joe Szczepanski and Alberta Szczepanski (Meinert); her brother Scott Hug; her grandson Eric Houser; her great grandchildren, Wesley Houser, Jayla Jones and Detroit Taylor; and her son-in-law Brian Bayles.
She is survived by: her husband Henry Martin; her children, Debbie Houser Roeder (Derrell) of Nashville, Cheryl Bayles of Centralia, Michael Borowiak of Pinckneyville and Angie Foster (John) of Walnut Hill, Illinois; her stepson Dale Niepoetter (Susan) of Albers; her grandchildren, Bryan Houser, Chandra Lancia (John), Jason Bayles (Denise), Milissa Bayles (Scott Clark), Erin Wolters (Mike), Tara Steinbach, Brooke Giacomo (Billy), Logan Borowiak, Jennifer Giacomo and Nicholas Giacomo (Amy); her brother Billy Joe Hug (Genie) of Radom, Illinois; her siblings-in-law, Bert Martin (Leona), Ruby Miller and Mil Feckler (Ed); and her pets, Sam, Happy and Ralph. She is also survived by 19 great-grandchildren; 5 great-great-grandchildren.
