He is survived by: his parents, Ashley Niepoetter, Ricky Niepoetter of Sandoval and Cory Waterbury of Granite City; his grandparents, Jan, Jeff King of Lake Worth, Florida, Theresa, Rick Waterbury of Winona, Kim, Tim Starr of Sandoval, Donna, Rick Niepoetter of Sandoval, Misty, Mark Rollinson of Centralia and Charles Qualls of Centralia; his great-grandparent Bert Rollinson of Centralia; and his siblings, Rheagan, Trinity, Raider and Arah.
