With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Wanda L. Griffin of San Jose, Illinois, born in Lincoln, Illinois, who passed away on May 10, 2023 at the age of 93. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Hilgendorf and Elsie Hilgendorf (Rademaker); and her husband John R. Griffin. She is survived by: her children, Danny Griffin (Bevette) of Pekin, IL and Deb Moehring (Ron) of San Jose, IL; her grandchildren, Erin Hunsley (Ben), Natalie Hughes (Brian), Jennifer Burton, Nathan Moehring (Ashley) and Trisha Stetzler; her great grandchildren, Grace Hunsley, Madison Hughes, Megan Hughes, Finley Burton, Molly Hughes, Maggie Hunsley, Nora Stetzler, Mabel Hughes, Maya Stetzler, Oliver Burton, Everly Moehring, Harper Moehring and Caleb Stetzler; and her brother Robert Hilgendorf (Barbara).
Memorials may be made to the San Jose Fire Department or St. Luke Lutheran Church.
