It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Roland E. Tibbs of San Jose, Illinois, born in Lincoln, Illinois, who passed away on May 22, 2020, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Roland F. Tibbs and Lottie M. Tibbs (Preston). He is survived by: his wife Evelyn Skelton of San Jose; and his children, Frank Cross (Vicki), Jodi, Shawna Stuff, Gina and Ashley Tibbs (Tyrell). He is also survived by sixteen grandchildren and one great-granddaughter.
