He was predeceased by: his parents, Norman Barbour and Mary June Barbour (Grace); his wife Karen Joy Wilkie; and his son Michael. He is survived by: his children, Robert Bales of Creve Coeur, Dianna Nolan (Joe) of San Jose, Thomas Barbour (Renae) of Indiana and Matthew Barbour of San Jose; his grandchildren, Teage Stambaugh (Cliff), Brice Barbour (Brittany) and Andrew Barbour (Katelyn); his great grandchildren, Liahm, Greyson, Kindred, Abra and Zion; and his pet Elvis.

Memorial contributions can be made to the San Jose Fire and Rescue or Serenity Point Hospice.
