She is survived by: her mother Frances Teichman Hoffman of San Jose; her husband Wayne Moldenhauer; her children, Alan Moldenhauer of San Jose and Kathleen Blevins (Steffen) of Wichita, KS; her pet Mazi; her brothers, Jeff Hoffman of Manito and Scott Hoffman (Connie) of Fulton, IL; and her nephews, Jake and Sam Hoffman.
