He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Hobb Russell and Eunice Russell (Beason); and his siblings, Joe, Jerald, Jerry, Junior, Wayne, Geneva, Ednamae and Evanell.
He is survived by: his wife Wanda Russell of Salem; his children, Pamela Beam of Mt. Vernon, Steve Russell (Jeff) of Pensacola and Laura Campbell (Tommy) of Centralia; his grandchildren, Jessica Steele (Chad) of Salem, Chelsie Green (Daniel) of Salem, Chris Maciejowski (Alicia) of Salem, Matt Maciejowski of Mt. Vernon, Doug Dearing of Mt. Vernon, Nick Wickman (Courtney) of St. Louis and Josh Russell (Cat) of Salem; and his sister Carolyn Justis of Brookhaven, Mississippi. He is also survived by several sisters-in-law; and numerous nieces and nephews.
