He is survived by: his sister Leona Keith of Russellville, Arkansas; his niece Cindy Johnson (Dean Harper) of Salem; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Dovie Kirtley (Nick Benjamin) of Salem, Roxann Johnson of Salem, Kandace Dagg (Harvey) of Salem, Steven Tate (Dannelle Townsend) of Iuka and Jacob Tate (April) of Pierron, Illinois. He is also survived by 12 great great nieces and nephews.
