We are sad to announce that on February 7, 2022, at the age of 80, Thomas Anthony Samulski in Salem, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his wife Joan Samulski; and his friends, Johnny, Bill and Earl. He is survived by: his children, Thomas J. Samulski (Rhonda) and Kathleen Szymanek (David); his grandchildren, Jacob, Ryan Samulski, Zachary, Alecia and Luke Szymanek; and his pet Muffin.
