It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sandra Hicks of Salem, Illinois, who passed away on December 16, 2021, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Louis Wimberly and LaVerne Wimberly (Mullens); and her brother Lloyd Wimberly. She is survived by: her husband Leon Hicks; her children, Jeff Hicks (Cris) of Salem, Mark Hicks (Sheila) of Salem and Angie Pollard of Salem; her grandchildren, Brandon Hicks (Natalie) of Salem, Danielle Hicks of Salem, Mallory Knaak (Randall) of Salem, Blake Hicks of Salem, Robert Hicks (Julie) of Shumway and Ronnie Pollard of Salem; and her great grandchildren, Braelan Knaak, Braidyn Monroe, Briella Hicks, Adalynn Verdun, Emersyn Hicks and Lavina Hicks.
