Ruby Chapman Obituary
We are sad to announce that on September 15, 2023, at the age of 93, Ruby Chapman of Salem, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Virgil E. Bartley and Lora P. Bartley (Littrell); her husband Donald Eugene Chapman of Omega; her son David Alan Chapman; her son-in-law Bill Keefe; her siblings, Verl Bartley, Leland Joy Bartley, Roger Bartley, Robert Bartley, Evelyn Rose Bartley, Maxine Bartley, Florice Poore (Bartley), Norma Hicks and Carolyn Marshall; and her siblings-in-law, Berniece Bartley, Eugene Poore, Charles Hicks and Bernard Marshall.
She is survived by: her children, Sandra Lee Keefe (Chapman) of Towanda and Rickey Eugene Chapman (Jerri) of Salem; her grandchildren, Chad Keefe (Erin) of Normal, Shelley Fincham (Jeff) of Piper City, Stacey Russell (Mike) of Salem and Nicole Morris (Joshua) of Salem; her great grandchildren, Will Keefe of Normal, Delaney Keefe of Normal, Amber Fincham, Morgan Fincham of Piper City, Hunter Russell of Salem, Mya Russell of Salem and Ayden Morris of Salem; her brothers, Delbert Bartley (Evelyn) of Iuka and Sherrill Bartley (Pat) of Fairfield; and her sisters-in-law, Mary Bartley of Salem and Ruby Bartley of Christiansburg, VA. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
