He was predeceased by: his parents, Glenn Bookhout and Helen Bookhout (Mann); and his brother Joe. He is survived by: his wife Shirley Bookhout; and his children, Ronda Lowe (Kevin) of Cisne, Mike Bookhout (Angie) of Salem, Richard Bookhout (Marina) of Cisne and Kevin Bookhout (Trish) of Olney.
