He was predeceased by: his father V. A. Jamison (Jim); his wife Virginia Cain; his grandson David Jamison; his son-in-law David Meyering; and his sisters, Audrey Johnson, Catherine Maus and Margaret Wiley.
He is survived by: his children, Robert Jamison (Susan) of Murfreesboro, TN and Suzanne Meyering of Summerfield, FL; his grandsons, Bill Meyering (Amy) of Denver and Tom Jamison (Chelsea) of St. Louis, MO; and his sister Lou Bonnell of Robinson, IL. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
The family suggest memorials be made to the First Christian Church in Salem or the Salem Little League and will be accepted at the Sutherland-Rankin Funeral Home, P.O. Box 97, 310 North Broadway, Salem, Illinois 62881 (618) 548-1234, entrusted with the family's care.
