He was predeceased by: his father Oral Webb; his grandson Ethaniel D. "Bean" Smith; and his siblings, Ed Webb, Vickie Webb and Cindy Webb.
He is survived by: his mother Mary Webb (Watts) of Salem; his wife Cindy Webb of Salem; his children, Danielle Smith of Salem, Kyle Webb (Cidnie Bray) and Jada Webb of Salem; his grandchildren, Bethanie, Caileb, Remington, Caedynce and Gage; his siblings, Roger Webb (Sandy) of Salem and Melody Webb of Salem; and his mother-in-law Judy Smith of Salem. He is also survived by four nephews and 3 nieces.
