She was predeceased by: her parents, Harvey Robert Tackitt Sr. and Margaret Tackitt (Henson); her daughter Yvette "Punkin" Denise O'Ryan; her siblings, Bob Tackitt, Jack Pickel (Phyllis) and Hattie Ruger (Jim); and her nephews, Mark Ruger and Roger Strange.
She is survived by: her daughters, Melissa Ramirez (Manny) of Alton and Morgan Mulvany (Bud) of Salem; her grandchildren, Reese Jones, Drew Jones, Sage Jones, Tori Mulvany, Huck Mulvany and Nash Mulvany; her great grandchildren, Kensleigh June Hess and Kash Wade Hess; her brother Jim Tackitt (Aleta) of Flora; her sister-in-law Barb Tackitt of Maine; her niece Vicki Strange; and her nephew Jeff Ruger (Marti).
Memorial donations are suggested to a love fund in Patti's memory for the family and these will be accepted through the funeral home.
