She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry J. Davis and Pearl I. Davis (Bookhout); her husband Richard B. Mensen; her son Richard D. Mensen (Margie); and her siblings, Vernon Bookhout, Glen Davis, Leroy Davis and Reita Metcalf.
She is survived by: her son Rob (Beth Mensen) of Salem, IL.; her grandchildren, Jimmy Mensen (Kristen), Ben Mensen (Kaela), Richie Mensen (Mindy), Erik Mensen (Amanda), Krista Mensen and Kayla Mensen; her daughter-in-law Judy Mensen; and her siblings, Cecil Davis (Betty) of Decatur, Jim Davis (Doris) of Decatur, Ronald Davis (Tynna) of Wichita, Janice Scharnhorst of Houston, TX and Lagatha Davis of Benton, IL..
