With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Misty Jane Coughlin (Salem, Illinois), born in Olney, Illinois, who passed away on September 11, 2021 at the age of 40. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Misty Jane Coughlin to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Bill, Norma Coughlin, Don and Martha Lewis. She is survived by: her parents, Dewayne A. Coughlin and Tammy J. Coughlin (Lewis); her daughter Oliva; her grandchildren, Mykah and Makayla; her sister Chelsea Coughlin of Fairview Heights, IL; and also Michele Huck. She is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins.
It will be necessary due to the recent pandemic for masks to be worn during the visitation, and social distance respected at the cemetery.
