He was predeceased by: his parents, Max F. Quandt and Minnie Quandt (Brinkman); his wife Lorraine D. Sokolnik; his son Richard Quandt; and his siblings, Irvin Quandt, Hazel Schmidt, Marie Kleeman and Edythe Adams.
He is survived by: his son Robert Quandt of Salem; and his granddaughter Laney Grace Quandt.
