Mary G. Williams Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Mary G. Williams of Salem, Illinois, born in Bloomington, Illinois, who passed away on February 25, 2022 at the age of 95. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Jeff Ward and Rachel Ward (Galiher); her son-in-law Paul Kestner; and her siblings, George, Marion, Roy, Ruth, Helen, Nola and Doris.
She is survived by: her children, Linda Venter (Jim) of Salem, Bob Travis (Paula) of Salem, Sandra Kestner of Mascoutah and Joe Travis (Frankie) of Salem. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren, and several great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Relay for Life Marion County and will be accepted at the Sutherland-Garnier Funeral Home and Cremation Services at 235 North Sycamore Street Centralia, Illinois 62801, (618) 532-3523, who is honored to be of service to the Williams Family.
