She is survived by: her former spouse Denzil "Leroy" Decker; her son Mark Allen Decker of Salem; her husband Clifton James "Jim" Johnson, Jr.; her son Clifton "Cliff" James Johnson, III of Salem; her sister Laura Belle Bengelsdorf of Chesterfield, VA; her siblings-in-law, Donna Lea Fortune and Carl Johnson (Ty); her nieces and nephews, Tim Wolters of Virginia, Tom Wolters of Virginia, Sherry Wolters of Virginia, Michael Wolters (Tammy) of Virginia, Stacey Wolters of Virginia, Stephanie Hankins (Shaun), Nathanial Wolters, Brianna Johnson (Patrick) of Virginia, Nancy Wright (Benton), Diane Hogue (Benton), Beth, Linda White (Benton), David Hubbard, Donna Gale (Hubbard), Christine Pollitt (David), Julia Green (Stephen), Sandra Nelson (Nichols), Michael Fortune and Edinna Fortune; and her cousins, Joyce Hodge (Glosser), Lori, Ian, Areesa Eisenhauer of Salem and Nancy Geiler (Denny).
