He was predeceased by: his parents, Levi Nelson and Jettie Rosecrans (Wilson); his wife Marilyn Joann Webb; and his daughter Carmen Jean Rosecrans. He is survived by: his children, Chris A. Rosecrans (Jill) of Wood River, IL, Duane Rosecrans (Tracy) of Edmond, OK, Mark Rosecrans (Vicki) of Columbia, IL and Julia Lee (Rusty) of Rossville, GA.; his grandchildren, Carly Dawn Davidson (Gage), Levi "Josh" Rosecrans, Cody Rosecrans (Addie), Zachary Mark Rosecrans, Tyler Mark Rosecrans and Kenny (Monica); and his great grandchildren, Fatima, Natila, Michael Bushue and Tilly Rose Davidson.
The family suggest memorials be made to Wounded Warriors or to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital and will be accepted by the funeral home.
