She was predeceased by: her son-in-law Billy Engler; her grandchildren, Jessie Altom and Jessica Altom; her stepfather Myron "Rip" Watkins; and her brother Terry Wiehle.
She is survived by: her children, Carl Whipple (Amber Dumas), Ernie Whipple, Tammy Engler and Melissa Devor (Shawn); and her grandchildren, Whitney Ritter, Riley Ritter, Joseph Engler, Adam Engler, Matthew Engler, Noah Engler, Christopher Altom, Robert Altom, Alani Devor, Connor Devor, Carrissa Whipple, James Whipple, Natalie Whipple, Weston Whipple and Raegan Nibert. She is also survived by many great grandchildren.
