She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald Harold and Nina Perry (Jamison); her husband Henry "Steve" Houtchins; and her siblings, Robert Perry, Marshall Lee Perry, Thelma Bruton and Joyce Cavins.
She is survived by: her nephews, Troy David (Lisa) of Tolono, Todd David (Darci) of Champaign and Tony Point of Texas; her niece Theresa David of Salem; her great-niece Krystal Shea (Patrick) of Rantoul; her great-nephew Stephen Hutchison of Salem; her cousin Christine Arnold of Carlyle, Illinois; and her close friend Jimmy Cavins. She is also survived by several other nieces, nephews, and friends.
