Phelps; his siblings, Chuck Wimberly (Kay) of Iuka, IL, Russell Wimberly (Ruth) of Sandoval, IL, Connie Linn Wimberly of Salem, Kay Bryant (Darrell) of Salem and Liz Wimberly of Salem; his stepdaughter Shannon Eca (Kenny) of Salem; his close friend Alfred Wimberly; and his niece Tiffany Unsell.
