With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Gloria Huffman Barringer of Salem, Illinois, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on September 11, 2024 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Herman Davis and Lorene Davis (Russom); her former husband Jerry D. Huffman; her children, Layneigh Taylor (Tony) and Terry Huffman; her grandchildren, Jarred Huffman and Keith Taylor; and her brother Billy Davis (Adajene).

She is survived by: her husband Ralph Barringer; her grandsons, Adam Potter and Tyler Taylor; her stepchildren, Tamara Shelton, Melissa Taylor, James Barringer and Ralph Barringer, Jr.; her daughter-in-law Tammy Huffman; and her sister Joan Pell (Jim).

In lieu of flowers, the family requests with gratitude that memorial contributions be made to the Kidney Foundation.
