He was predeceased by: his parents, Claus Otte and Anna Otte (Norma Otte); and his siblings, Edward Otte and Fran Clack (Harvey). He is survived by: his children, Cindy McDorman, Steven Otte (Susan), Frederick Otte Jr. and Jeffrey Otte; and his sister Dorothy Jagnus. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.
